Student's Curriculum

What is it?
The Student's Curriculum is a document that is representative of the student's entire profile and contains information on the student's educational record, certifications obtained and extracurricular activities carried out over the years. From the school year 2020/21 it will be attached to the diploma obtained at the end of the second cycle of education.

How is it structured?

The Student's Curriculum is divided into three parts:

Education and training

The first part contains full details of the course of study, the qualification obtained, any other qualifications held, and any other experience gained in a formal context.

Certifications

The second part relates to certifications of a linguistic, computer or other nature.

Extracurricular activities

The third part concerns extracurricular activities carried out, for example, in the vocational, sports, music, art and culture, active citizenship and voluntary areas.

The Value of the Curriculum

The Student's Curriculum has significant educational value and is important both for presenting to the Commission and for conducting the interview in the State examination that concludes the second cycle of education. It brings together all information relating to activities carried out in the formal and extracurricular spheres and can be a valuable aid for orienting students towards tertiary education and training and the world of work.
