In the normal course of operations, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Platform acquire navigation data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This data is processed for the technical management of the Platform and for the collection of analytical data on the related traffic.

Cookies are small text files that the website sends to the user's terminal, where they are stored and then transmitted back to the site on the next visit. Third-party cookies, on the other hand, are set by a website other than the one the User is visiting. 3. Third-party (YouTube) technical cookies are also used. These are placed and stored, subject to the User's enabling them by means of a special flag provided on the Platform's website, in the User's terminal device.

In any case, the cookies used within the Platform do not enable the identification or profiling of the user, who can always choose to enable or disable cookies by adjusting the settings of their browser according to the instructions made available by the relevant providers.

It should also be noted that there are links to third-party sites and applications within the Platform. When the user uses these links, he or she leaves the Platform website and accesses other resources that are not under the direct control of the Data Controller, who, therefore, will not be responsible for the navigation, security and personal data processing procedures operated by the other sites, even in the presence of co-branding or display of the ministerial logo. We therefore recommend a careful examination of the security and confidentiality procedures of the site visited, which may transmit further cookies, read those already present on the user's hard disk and request or acquire further personal information.
